Atty. Rico Paolo R. Quicho earned his Juris Doctor Degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 2003 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar the following year. He obtained his Master of Laws degree at the University of California, Berkeley with a Certificate of Specialization in Law and Technology in 2015 as a Scholar of the Asia Foundation.
Rico commenced his legal career as a Junior Associate from 2003 to 2007 at the Siguion Reyna Montecillo and Ongsiako Law Offices (SRMO), the oldest law office in the Philippines and a renowned training ground of the country’s top legal luminaries. Rico left SRMO to establish his own firm, Quicho & Angeles Law Offices (Q&A), which specialized in domestic and international civil, criminal, commercial and administrative litigation. Q&A briefly merged with a boutique law firm where Rico was tasked to head its litigation department. Thereafter, Rico formed the Quicho Law Offices to focus on litigation practice and special projects to cater the evolving needs of its clients. Rico’s extensive litigation practice includes intra-corporate disputes, commercial litigation, and corporate rehabilitation, data privacy and media. In 2017, he was nominated as one of the Young Lawyer of the Philippines in the Asian Legal Business.
Rico was the former Dean of the Universidad de Manila College of Law (“UDM-COL”), a local university established under the charter of the City of Manila, our nation’s capital. He was also the former Dean of the University of Makati School of Law (“UMAK-SOL”). He played an instrumental role in the establishment of UMAK SOL and its accreditation by the Legal Education Board.
Rico teaches Remedial Law Review, Civil Procedure, Evidence and Trial Technique, Special Proceedings, Constitutional Law 1, Legal Technique, Administrative Law, Public Officers and Election Law, and Negotiable Instruments Law at the San Beda College – Alabang School of Law and the University of Asia and the Pacific. He also taught Property Law at the John Wesley School of Law at Wesleyan University in Cabanatuan City. He is also a Bar Lecturer for Remedial Law Review and a former lecturer of Trial Technique for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education. Recently, and in line with Philippine political developments, Rico has been sought after as expert resource person in topics regarding federalism, territorial disputes, role of technology in harnessing the proper delivery of public service, cyber libel and data privacy.
During the historical impeachment trial of former Chief Justice Renato C. Corona of the Philippine Supreme Court, Rico represented the Chief Justice as one of his spokespersons. He also appeared before the Philippine Senate as a member of the Chief Justice’s defense team. During the 2016 presidential elections, he was designated as the Spokesperson for Political Affairs of former Vice President of the Republic of the Philippines, Jejomar C. Binay.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts Major in Political Science from Adamson University in 2019, where he honed his critical thinking and policy analysis skills. Pursuing his passion for the law, he obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from San Beda College – Alabang School of Law in 2024.
Apart from academics, Tertius excelled in basketball throughout high school, college, law school, and beyond, earning recognition for his skill and dedication. His passion for the sport reflects his commitment to hard work, discipline, and teamwork—values that continue to shape his legal career.
He was admitted to the Bar in 2025. He is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to his clients. His ability to balance the demands of legal practice while continuously learning and improving reflects his discipline and perseverance. As he builds his career, he remains dedicated to serving with integrity and making a meaningful impact in the legal community.

JERLO KEVIN P. RIALP
Paralegal
Jerlo earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from the Philippine Women’s University in 2018. He is set to obtain his Juris Doctor degree from Arellano University School of Law and is expected to take the Bar Exam in September 2025.
Jerlo has held key leadership roles, serving as President of the Universidad De Manila College of Law Student Government (2023-2024) and Public Relations Officer of the Association of Law Students of the Philippines – NCR (2023-2024). He also gained practical legal experience as a Legal Intern at Siguion Reyna Montecillo & Ongsiako in 2023.
Jerlo seeks to specialize in Commercial, Labor, and Civil Law, focusing on corporate transactions, employment regulations, and civil disputes.

RAEM DIEGO P. QUICHO
Paralegal
Diego earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in English Literature from Ateneo de Manila University. With a strong interest in governance and policy-making, he aspires to further his education by pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy.
Diego is committed to bridging the gap between political theory and practical governance, aiming to contribute to policy development and institutional reforms. His academic background and future aspirations align with his goal of fostering effective and sustainable public policies.

AVIELLA VIA M. DUNGO
Paralegal
Via earned a Business Administration degree majoring in Financial and Investments Management from Miriam College in 2016 and obtained her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2018. With a passion for education and finance, she dedicated five years to teaching at a university before pursuing her legal education.
Currently, Via is in her second year of law school at the University of Asia and the Pacific. She also serves as the Internal Vice President of the UA&P Law Student Government.
Via seeks to specialize in Civil Law and Commercial Law, focusing on private transactions, contractual obligations, and corporate regulations.
