Program Description

Our Internship Program is individually tailored and structured according to the interests and skills of the intern to introduce them to the legal system and profession. Our aim is to help law students develop professional lawyering skills, cultivate a sense of professional responsibility, social advocacy, and commercial sensibility through extensive hands-on training.

The Internship Program is an excellent opportunity for law students to get a glimpse of legal practice to enable them to determine the practical expertise they must develop for their professional life.

Intern Roles:

Our interns will be conducting a variety of legal assignments under the direction of the supervising lawyer(s), such as:

  • Conducting legal research and assisting in comparative legal analyses on a range of issues in a given area, identifying legal and policy issues, researching relevant precedents, and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, client correspondences, memos, etc.
  • Conducting due diligence
  • Shadowing (accompanying attorneys to court, clients’ meetings, conferences, etc.)
  • Administrative tasks including document reproduction/management
  • Performing ad hoc assignments as requested by the supervising lawyer(s)
  • Liaison with government offices and/or officers
  • Title search and conveyancing
  • Supporting client development activities.

We receive interns on an open or rolling-basis, depending on their school requirements/availability and our schedule. Interested applicants may submit their curriculum vitae to [email protected] along with the following:
