RICO PAOLO R. QUICHO
Admitted to the Bar 2004
Atty. Rico Paolo R. Quicho earned his Juris Doctor Degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 2003 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar the following year. He obtained his Master of Laws degree at the University of California, Berkeley with a Certificate of Specialization in Law and Technology in 2015 as a Scholar of the Asia Foundation.
Rico commenced his legal career as a Junior Associate from 2003 to 2007 at the Siguion Reyna Montecillo and Ongsiako Law Offices (SRMO), the oldest law office in the Philippines and a renowned training ground of the country’s top legal luminaries. Rico left SRMO to establish his own firm, Quicho & Angeles Law Offices (Q&A), which specialized in domestic and international civil, criminal, commercial and administrative litigation. Q&A briefly merged with a boutique law firm where Rico was tasked to head its litigation department. Thereafter, Rico formed the Quicho Law Offices to focus on litigation practice and special projects to cater the evolving needs of its clients. Rico’s extensive litigation practice includes intra-corporate disputes, commercial litigation, and corporate rehabilitation, data privacy and media. In 2017, he was nominated as one of the Young Lawyer of the Philippines in the Asian Legal Business.
Rico was the former Dean of the Universidad de Manila College of Law (“UDM-COL”), a local university established under the charter of the City of Manila, our nation’s capital. He was also the former Dean of the University of Makati School of Law (“UMAK-SOL”). He played an instrumental role in the establishment of UMAK SOL and its accreditation by the Legal Education Board.
Rico teaches Remedial Law Review, Civil Procedure, Evidence and Trial Technique, Special Proceedings, Constitutional Law 1, Legal Technique, Administrative Law, Public Officers and Election Law, and Negotiable Instruments Law at the San Beda College – Alabang School of Law and the University of Asia and the Pacific. He also taught Property Law at the John Wesley School of Law at Wesleyan University in Cabanatuan City. He is also a Bar Lecturer for Remedial Law Review and a former lecturer of Trial Technique for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education. Recently, and in line with Philippine political developments, Rico has been sought after as expert resource person in topics regarding federalism, territorial disputes, role of technology in harnessing the proper delivery of public service, cyber libel and data privacy.
During the historical impeachment trial of former Chief Justice Renato C. Corona of the Philippine Supreme Court, Rico represented the Chief Justice as one of his spokespersons. He also appeared before the Philippine Senate as a member of the Chief Justice’s defense team. During the 2016 presidential elections, he was designated as the Spokesperson for Political Affairs of former Vice President of the Republic of the Philippines, Jejomar C. Binay.

WENCHESTER NEAL M. LUBIANO
Admitted to the Bar 2023
Chester obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from De La Salle University – Dasmariñas in 2017 and his Juris Doctor degree from San Beda College – Alabang School of Law in 2022.
He was admitted to the Bar in May 2023.
He aspires to be an exceptional and innovative litigation lawyer with keen eyes for the art of persuasion, negotiation, and case strategies. He is being introduced to diverse areas of the law firm and presently assists through scrupulous legal research and review.
A committed advocate for minority rights, he strives to uphold justice and ensure equitable treatment for all, regardless of their background or origin.


MATTHEW M. MORTEGA
Admitted to the Bar 2017
Matthew specializes in commercial litigation, labor law, and family law.
Matthew obtained his Bachelor of Science in Financial Management in San Beda University Mendiola Manila and his Juris Doctor degree from San Beda College Alabang School of Law in 2016. Took the Philippine Bar Examinations in the same year and was admitted in the Philippine Bar in 2017.
He joined the firm in January 2019, and is actively assisting its clients on litigation matters.
JERCHIEL WILFRED M. DELGADO
Admitted to the Bar 2025
Jerch specializes in labor cases and dispute resolution.
Jerch obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Management Economics from Ateneo de Manila University in 2017 and his Juris Doctor degree from Arellano University School of Law in 2024.
He was admitted to the Bar in 2025.
He dreams to be a leading and innovative lawyer in his chosen field. He immerses himself in the different areas of the law firm to further develop his knowledge and strategies in the different aspect of legal field. Moreover, he engages himself in in-depth research to equip himself with the necessary wisdom in the profession.

TERTIUS CYLE C. DELOSO
Admitted to the Bar 2025
Tertius specializes in Civil and Criminal Litigation, Corporate Law, and Dispute Resolution.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts Major in Political Science from Adamson University in 2019, where he honed his critical thinking and policy analysis skills. Pursuing his passion for the law, he obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from San Beda College – Alabang School of Law in 2024.
Apart from academics, Tertius excelled in basketball throughout high school, college, law school, and beyond, earning recognition for his skill and dedication. His passion for the sport reflects his commitment to hard work, discipline, and teamwork—values that continue to shape his legal career.
He was admitted to the Bar in 2025. He is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to his clients. His ability to balance the demands of legal practice while continuously learning and improving reflects his discipline and perseverance. As he builds his career, he remains dedicated to serving with integrity and making a meaningful impact in the legal community.

MARY ANN P. MASANGCAY
Admitted to the Bar 2025
Mary Ann specializes in civil and criminal litigation.
Mary Ann acquired her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Management in University of Santo Tomas in 2019. In 2024, she acquired her Juris Doctor Degree from University of Santo Tomas.
She passed the 2024 Bar Examinations and was admitted to the Bar in January 2025.
Mary Ann is an advocate of Persons Deprived Liberty (PDLs). Even when she was still a student of law, she already actively engages in lobbying efforts to address systemic issues within the justice system.
Her knowledge and exposure to social injustices sparked her passion for law. She aspires to be a remarkable litigation lawyer who excels at representing clients to the best of her abilities. She has a keen eye for justice, dispute resolution, and negotiation.
NEIL JEROME REBUENO
Admitted to the Bar 2025
Neil is a newly minted lawyer who aspires to make a meaningful impact in Political Law and Litigation.
He earned his degree of Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management in University of the Philippines – Diliman. Prior to taking up law, he gained professional experience in the banking sector, developing skills in sales, management, banking compliance, and risk mitigation. He later pursued his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Santo Tomas – Legazpi and graduated in 2024.


JAMES BRYAN IBRAHIM A. ALIH
Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2020
James specializes in Civil Law, Taxation Law, Labor Law, and Litigation.
He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from San Beda University College of Law as a member of the Honors Class of 2019 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar the following year. He has also completed certificate courses from Harvard University in Contract Law, Cyber Security, and Law and Technology.
James previously worked for SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV) as Senior Associate specializing in Corporate Tax. He is also a Supervising Lawyer for the San Beda College-Alabang Legal Aid Bureau. In law school, James was a contributor for the Centralized Bar Operations-Academic Committee on Labor Law, as well as a member of the San Beda College of Law Men’s Basketball Team.

JOHN DAVID LICSI
Underbar Associate
JD seeks to specialize in Corporate Law and Compliance, Estate Settlement, Property Law, Sales Transactions, Data Privacy Compliance, and Litigation.
JD obtained his BS Legal Management degree from San Beda University in 2013 and his Juris Doctor degree from San Beda College – Alabang (SBCA) in 2019. JD joined Quicho Law in 2020 as an Underbar Associate.
JD was Chairman of the Electoral Board of the College of Arts and Sciences during college and the Assistant Subject Head for Political Law of SBCA’s School of Law Bar Operations (2016-2017). He is also a licensed real estate broker with vast experience in liaising with various government agencies and was part of a realty firm while in law school.
He currently assists the Firm in conducting legal research and writing legal memoranda on Property Law, Political Law, Estate, Family, and Commercial Law matters through conducting legal research. He also conducts research for the Firm’s litigation of property related cases, contracts analysis and review, legislative matters, settlement of estates, judicial or extrajudicial foreclosures. He supports the Firm in the general corporate housekeeping of corporate clients.
JD is set to take the Philippine Bar Exams in November 2021.

Princess holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a major in Computer Information System Management (CISM), which she earned from Cavite State University in 2019. Her strong academic background, combining political science and technology, provides her with a unique analytical perspective in legal matters.
In 2024, she obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Philippine Christian University, further strengthening her expertise in the legal field. Shortly after, in October 2024, she joined the firm as an Underbar Associate, where she continues to refine her skills and gain hands-on experience in various legal disciplines.
Princess has a strong passion for both family and commercial law, striving to offer comprehensive legal assistance to individuals, families, and businesses. She is devoted to providing well-informed legal solutions while maintaining the utmost standards of professionalism and ethical integrity.

JERLO KELVIN P. RIALP
Paralegal
Jerlo earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from the Philippine Women’s University in 2018. He is set to obtain his Juris Doctor degree from Arellano University School of Law and is expected to take the Bar Exam in September 2025.
Jerlo has held key leadership roles, serving as President of the Universidad De Manila College of Law Student Government (2023-2024) and Public Relations Officer of the Association of Law Students of the Philippines – NCR (2023-2024). He also gained practical legal experience as a Legal Intern at Siguion Reyna Montecillo & Ongsiako in 2023.
Jerlo seeks to specialize in Commercial, Labor, and Civil Law, focusing on corporate transactions, employment regulations, and civil disputes.

RAEM DIEGO P. QUICHO
Paralegal
Diego earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in English Literature from Ateneo de Manila University. With a strong interest in governance and policy-making, he aspires to further his education by pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy.
Diego is committed to bridging the gap between political theory and practical governance, aiming to contribute to policy development and institutional reforms. His academic background and future aspirations align with his goal of fostering effective and sustainable public policies.

AVIELLA VIA M. DUNGO
Paralegal
Via earned a Business Administration degree majoring in Financial and Investments Management from Miriam College in 2016 and obtained her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2018. With a passion for education and finance, she dedicated five years to teaching at a university before pursuing her legal education.
Currently, Via is in her second year of law school at the University of Asia and the Pacific. She also serves as the Internal Vice President of the UA&P Law Student Government.
Via seeks to specialize in Civil Law and Commercial Law, focusing on private transactions, contractual obligations, and corporate regulations.

MA. MIMETTE ADEA
Underbar Associate
Mimette seeks to specialize in Intellectual Property Law and Data Privacy Compliance.
Mimette obtained her Fine Arts degree Major in Advertising from the University of Santo Tomas and her Juris Doctor degree from San Beda College Alabang in May 2020. Mimette joined Quicho Law in 2020 as an underbar associate.
Mimette was awarded the latin honor Cum Laude and was assigned as the head of the organizing team of “Ideas That Matter,” a conference where the most-esteemed personalities of the advertising industry give lectures on trademarks and marketing strategies, during college. Mimette undertook several projects specializing in logo and trademark designs, book illustrations, packaging designs and marketing materials for various clients, while pursuing her legal education.
She currently assists the Firm in conducting legal research and writing legal memoranda on intellectual property law and commercial law matters. She also conducts research for the Firm’s litigation of cases, contracts analysis and review, and legislative matters. EMMANUEL M. ACOSTA

Noel is currently being exposed to the different practice areas of the Firm. He is working to specialize in litigation, technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT), data privacy compliance, and corporate law.
Noel earned his Juris Doctor degree from San Beda College Alabang School of Law in 2020. He joined Quicho Law as an Underbar Associate in 2021.
In 2015, he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with distinction from Kalayaan College. He also has units in Management Information Systems (MIS) and has interned as a Digital Marketing Specialist in a Telecommunications company based in Makati.
